She is a globally-seasoned professional with unique exposure to cross-cultural and cross-industry work environments. She has had extensive practical experience analyzing business operations to deliver solutions for Arthur Andersen LLP and Ernst and Young LLP professional services, and for industry leaders like Blackberry and Sun Life Financial, across a broad range of industries and geographies (Canada, USA, Germany, France, CIS, Taiwan, China, Korea, Singapore, Hong-Kong).

In her experience working for multinational companies, she has managed complex stakeholder priorities and interactions across multi-disciplinary teams to understand the needs of the business and design practical solutions that met business needs while mitigating risk. Evgenya is naturally skilled at considering various aspects of the eco-system and providing system conscious solutions.

She is passionate about neuroscience informed and other human-centric approaches and finding new ways to unlock both individual’s and collective potential in organizations.
