A useful and rewarding use of 2 hours. Even after the break I felt that there was a lot of energy and enthusiasm. I felt drawn into the exercises and maintained my full engagement due to the way in which they were conducted. Having external vs internal facilitators definitely helped keep the conversation open and freer flowing. The structure of the session and it’s focus on the human elements and impacts to each of us was a key positive vs. taking a more academic view on the topic.
